Astrid F. Kowlessar is a professional who has a passion for development via investment in sustainable infrastructure. She specializes in credit risk, project financing, and corporate responsibility within the Caribbean and Latin America.
Astrid has focused on risk management through Citigroup Trinidad & Tobago, briefly through Banco Citibank Brazil, and on project financing through Sagicor Merchant Ltd. of Barbados.
Astrid serves as adviser to Triumph International, and on the CSR Committee of the South Trinidad Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as involvement in trade and investment opportunities. She is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Trinidad & Tobago. She holds degrees in International Studies and Economics/Finance.
